Has anyone properly factored in tax benefits like Section 24 and 80C when doing their EMI vs rent math for Delhi? I'm finally fed up of renting in Vasant Kunj, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se. Looking at a 2BHK in Dwarka, maybe Godrej Properties ka koi project, around ₹1.5Cr. My EMI will be high, obviously. But I'm thinking about the tax savings. Is it significant enough to make the EMI feel less heavy? Ya sirf paper pe hi achha lagta hai? What hidden tax hacks do you guys use? Should I talk to a CA before finalising?
