Yaar, exactly my thoughts! TG Heritage ka location toh sab bolte hain prime hai, but builder ka track record? I've heard mixed reviews about their previous projects for on-time delivery. Mera ek friend ka Adigara Kallahalli mein ghar 2 saal late mila tha. Agar 2026 possession date bhi late ho gayi, toh EMI aur rent dono ka double burden ho jaayega. Aur phir resale ke time kaun lega itne delayed project ko?
