Is D S The Avant's amenity list just for show, or are they actually functional for daily use? My parents keep saying these brochures always overpromise, and I'm honestly worried about paying for a 'clubhouse' that's just an empty room later. Yaar, I have the same exact doubt. My friend booked in another project near Anand Vihar, aur wahan bhi brochure mein swimming pool tha but abhi tak construction start hi nahi hua. Builders aise hi dikhate hain. What about the RERA status for D S The Avant? Is it even registered properly?
