What the Sri Sri Homz brochure doesn't tell you about daily living

My parents are really pushing me to finalize a place, and honestly, the pressure is real. I'm seriously considering Sri Sri Homz Independent Floors in Ghaziabad. The brochures look great, but I'm super nervous about the actual amenity quality. Is the gym well-maintained? Do kids actually use the play areas, or are they just for show? I had no idea how much difference actual amenity usage makes until my friend complained about their unused pool. Also, what's the community vibe like there? Is it friendly, or is everyone pretty much to themselves? I'm looking for a home, not just an apartment, so the society feel matters a lot.
