What they don't tell you about amenities in Bengaluru projects

Did a site visit to Shapoorji Pallonji Parkwest Cedar Tower 8 last week. Builders show these amazing renders, but on site, it's often a different story, yaar. My main worry as an investor is ki jo amenities they promise, will they actually deliver? Especially the clubhouse and sports facilities. Log bolte hain these are ghost facilities later. If it's not well-maintained or even incomplete, resale value aur tenant attraction pe effect padega. Kya experience hai logon ka with delivered amenities vs. brochure promises? Does it really impact premium pricing?
