Kya point hai agar Propfolio Vyom Residency jaise projects mein green areas bas brochure pe hi dikhte hain, real mein kuch aur milta hai? My wife aur main ek 3BHK dekh rahe hain, kids ke liye open space chahiye. But jab site visit karte hain, play areas bas ek corner mein hote hain. Suna hai construction quality bhi 'okay' hi hoti hai, seepage issues aate hain baad mein. Maintenance charges itne high hain, par kya service milti hai? Everyone glorifies location, but nobody talks about actual amenity delivery. Change my mind, but most projects just tick boxes. Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree, bhai! Mera bhi same experience raha hai Noida Extension mein. Brochure mein swimming pool olympic size ka dikhate hain, aur real mein woh ek bade bathtub se zyada kuch nahi hota. Green areas ke naam pe bas do char ghaas ke tukde. Bahut frustration hoti hai.
