Just finished analyzing some Keya Homes projects near Ulsoor. I'm based in Dubai, so getting ground truth on total acquisition costs is tough. Beyond the base price, what are realistic figures for stamp duty, registration, and PLC for a 2BHK around ₹1.3 Cr? Also, for an investor, is a construction-linked payment plan always smarter than a higher upfront down payment? Worried about hidden charges appearing later. What are your experiences?
