What they don't tell you about Bangalore's 'upcoming' infrastructure

The traffic here is insane. We need a 3BHK for the kids. Will Namma Metro Phase 3 or PRR genuinely boost appreciation in areas like Whitefield or Sarjapur Road? Or is it just easing commutes? Which areas should we target for family long-term growth?
