₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK at Sterling Ascentia felt like a huge step, but I'm having second thoughts about the amenities. The clubhouse looked fantastic on paper, but is it actually used daily or just a showpiece? Also, power backup – is it for the whole flat or just common areas? My parents keep saying water supply can be a nightmare in Bengaluru; will I be dependent on tankers? Genuinely want to know if these things feel like a real home or just fancy add-ons.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I've been eyeing Sterling Ascentia too, and the amenities look so good in brochures. But my biggest fear is exactly this – ki yeh sab sirf dikhaane ke liye hai. Especially that clubhouse, does anyone actually use it or is it always empty? It's a huge investment, we need utility, not just aesthetics.
Power backup ka toh confirm kar lo pehle. Most projects only give it for common areas and one light/fan point in flats. Full flat backup
