What they don't tell you about Divine Meadows' quality
The glossy brochures for Divine Meadows were a complete eyewash, honestly. Pata nahi kya dikhate hain aur kya milta hai. Kids have moved out, so we sold our big house, hoping for a manageable 2BHK. But construction quality has been a nightmare. Just 1.5 saal hue hain, and already walls mein cracks hain, kitchen counter pe seepage dikh raha hai. Lift bhi frequently kharab rehti hai. Maintenance charges toh itne lete hain, par service ke naam pe kuch nahi. Builders sirf selling pe focus karte hain, post-possession koi care nahi. What's the point of paying high maintenance if basic issues aren't addressed? Anyone else facing similar issues with Divine Meadows ya kisi aur builder mein Greater Noida mein? Kya karein ab?

Oh my god, thank you for sharing this! Hum bhi Divine Meadows ka brochure dekh rahe the, it looked so good online. ₹1.0 Cr – ₹1.8 Cr ki range mein they promise so much. But 2014 mein possession hua tha na? 10 saal ho gaye, itni jaldi cracks kaise aa sakte hain? This is exactly why I'm so scared as a first-time buyer. Builders ki reputation ka kya karein, koi trust factor hi nahi hai. Kya koi naya buyer yahan pe invest karne ka soch bhi sakta hai ab?
