But 2014 mein possession hua tha na? 10 saal ho gaye, itni jaldi cracks kaise aa sakte hain? This is exactly why I'm so scared as a first-time buyer. Builders ki reputation ka kya karein, koi trust factor hi nahi hai. Kya koi naya buyer yahan pe invest karne ka soch bhi sakta hai ab?
