What they don't tell you about DLF Phase 4 costs

Just got possession of my 3BHK in DLF Phase 4 last month. Paid almost ₹2.8 Cr, but ab lag raha hai thoda high side pe hai. RWA maintenance charges bhi ₹18k/month hain. Is it worth it for the services, ya overcharged hain? Water supply ka kya scene hai? Pure municipal water nahi aa raha, tanker pe dependency kitni rehti hai? Jo log yahan already reh rahe hain, is this normal for DLF phases? Resale value future mein kaisi lagti hai for a 3BHK here? What's your take?
