What they don't tell you about family life in Apex Sangam Vihar

Project brochures always look amazing, but real life for families is totally different. We're considering Apex Sangam Vihar for a 3BHK; my wife's priority is the kids' school admission and overall safety. Is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? Are the amenities like play areas actually useful, or just for show? What's the community vibe like – is it friendly for children? Also, how's the commute from there to major employment hubs? Just want to ensure it's a good home, not just an investment. Any parents living there can share their experience?
