Real construction quality in Greater Noida after a year? Upgrading to a 3BHK, I'm worried about cracks affecting resale. Do promised amenities attract tenants, or just inflate prices?

Greater Noida mein market condition abhi kaisi hai? Resale value for completed projects, especially with these quality issues?
So, the OP is right. Amenities are just a bait. Do tenants actually care about a fancy clubhouse if the walls are damp? And for a 3BHK, the budget is already tight, don't want to overpay for something that's just for show. Quality is paramount.
My friend booked in another project near Alpha I a few years back. They promised a swimming pool and gym, but after handover, the pool was never maintained, and the gym equipment broke down within months. Now, reselling is a nightmare because buyers see these broken amenities and lose interest. The cracks started appearing in his living room wall too, within 1.5 years. It's a huge trap, these builders just want to sell, not maintain quality.
Rehouse Krishna Orchid ke baare mein koi update hai kya? Suna hai studio apartments hain wahan.
Water seepage? Oh no, that's a big red flag for a completed project. Thanks for the heads up!
Yes, U7 is right. I checked out a unit there last month. The finishings were okay-ish, but the common areas felt a bit neglected. Plus, ₹25 L for a studio feels a bit high given the competition in Alistonia Estate for similar sized units. Amenities are there but not top-notch.
Haan, Rehouse Krishna Orchid completed hai. Studio apartments hain, 80 units total. Price ₹25 L per unit. But I heard some issues about water seepage in a few flats post-completion. My broker told me they used cheaper materials to cut costs. Be careful, a studio apartment at that price needs to be flawless for resale.
Yaar, I'm also looking at a 3BHK in Greater Noida and this build quality concern is real. My uncle bought a flat near Alpha II and the plaster started peeling within a year. Bahut tension ho rahi hai, will my investment be safe?
Absolutely! Builders promise the moon but deliver dirt. Amenities toh bas dikhawa hai, actual quality kaun dekhta hai after possession? Your investment is only safe if you get a RERA-registered builder with a proven track record.
Sahi baat hai, bhai. Same experience with a friend in Ajayabpur. It's a gamble these days.
