Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 107. Builders like Wegmans Industries ka 3BHK around ₹90L bol rahe hain. But jab all-in cost dekhi, I realized stamp duty, registration, parking, aur PLC charges add up like crazy. Pre-launch offers pe bhi confusion hai, lagta hai bas marketing gimmick hai, ya sach mein discount milta hai? Is it really cheaper to buy pre-launch for a project near Jewar, ya ready-to-move better hai? My budget is tight around ₹1Cr. Honestly not sure kitna extra lag jayega. Parents bolte hain hidden costs bahut hote hain.
