Greater Noida projects always highlight their grand amenities, but what's the ground reality? I'm based in Dubai, can't check myself. For Avj Heightss, specifically, is power backup truly full-flat or just common areas? And water supply – reliable, or are tankers a daily sight? These impact rental appeal and long-term maintenance costs. Change my mind.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Builders ki marketing toh sab grand hoti hai, but jab ground reality dekho toh poora game change ho jaata hai. Mai bhi Avj Heightss mein investment ka soch raha tha, but utility issues sunke darr lag raha hai. Power backup aur paani ka issue toh basic hai, agar ye bhi theek nahi hai toh rental appeal kaise banega? Dubai se aake har cheez verify karna bhi possible nahi. Hum first-time buyers ke liye yeh sab info bahut critical hoti hai.
