What they don't tell you about high-end society maintenance in Noida
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Everyone glorifies ATFL Defence County ke amenities aur uska high maintenance, but honestly, GBG Residency ka society-vibe aur actual usable amenities zyada practical lag rahe hain. Why pay hefty maintenance for a clubhouse I won't use much? GBG's maintenance charges seem saner. Isn't a simpler, well-run society better than an amenity-heavy one with high costs for an empty nester? Change my mind.
