What they don't tell you about living in Sector 35
Are Sector 35 properties actually practical for daily living, ya bas brochure mein achha lagta hai? I'm a first-time buyer, looking at some 2BHK options, around ₹75L ka budget hai. My parents are pushing for Faridabad for affordability. But I'm really worried about basic things. Parking ka kya scene hai? Builder promises ample space, but I've heard stories. Also, water supply reliability kaisi hai, especially summer mein? Aur power cuts ka kitna issue hai? Is DG backup enough or is it a daily struggle? Honestly, not sure if the price justifies these potential headaches. What's the real ground reality for residents?

Listen, I bought a 2BHK in Sector 35, a project by a well-known developer, 3 years ago for ₹68L. Parking is a genuine issue. They allotted one slot per flat, but visitors' parking is non-existent. People park on the roads, creating traffic jams
Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Sector 35 is all hype. My friend lives there, parking is a nightmare after 8 PM.
