What they don't tell you about Mohali utilities
The municipal water supply in Sector 99A is a joke. I work in this industry, but even I didn't expect such borewell dependency after paying so much for a 3BHK. We're on tankers almost daily. Honestly, my EMI feels wasted on this. Did anyone else face this? What did you do about it?

Totally agree! Bhai, this is exactly what my friend faced in Sector 104 Mohali too. Builders promise the moon, but ground realities are something else. Water supply is a major issue, especially in newer sectors. Kya karein yaar, EMI toh dena hi padega.
