₹78 lakh for my 3BHK at Omaxe Celestia Royal felt okay, but now I'm seeing the actual total cost. I spent almost a year looking, rejected a couple of resale flats and some other ongoing projects because Omaxe seemed solid for long-term appreciation. Got possession two months ago, which was about 6 months later than promised. Honestly, the final payment had so many small charges nobody really highlighted upfront. Now, factoring in maintenance, property tax, and some minor fixes, my initial ROI calculations feel off. Are others finding the same? What kind of rental yield are you guys getting from 2BHKs or 3BHKs here? And for future, what's the general sentiment on resale liquidity for Celestia Royal in 5-7 years? Thinking about my exit strategy already, tbh.
