Okay, I'll be honest — I'm beyond frustrated with the whole process of upgrading. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looked at Angels Luxurious Residency, thinking of a 3BHK. The brochure promised possession by Q4 last year, but it's still dragging. Are builders just openly misleading about project-delivery timelines now? I already have a home loan and this delay is costing me. What did actual buyers find after moving in? Was the quality even worth the wait?

Angels Luxurious Residency ka status 'null' dikha raha hai? That's a red flag right there. Total units sirf 24 hain, toh ideally jaldi complete ho jaana chahiye. Has anyone actually visited the site recently? Or seen any progress beyond the brochure photos?

Maine last month dekha tha site. Bahar se toh theek lag raha hai, but andar kaam bilkul slow hai. Lagta nahi Q4 last year ki baat maani hogi.
Meri bhi same kahani hai, U1! Maine Alaknanda mein ek flat book kiya tha, promised possession 2022 end. Abhi tak interior ka kaam chal raha hai. Jab finally entry mili, toh quality itni substandard thi ki kya bataun. Walls mein cracks, fittings loose, wiring ka issue. Builder ne toh bas paint kar ke handover kar diya. Lagta hai Angels Luxurious Residency mein bhi yahi haal hoga, itna delay matlab andar se kaam theek nahi ho raha.
Yehi toh problem hai, U7. Compensation milna bahut mushkil hai. Delhi-NCR market mein toh builders ko pata hai ki log invest karenge hi. Current market conditions mein demand high hai, especially in areas like Anand Vihar, toh delays ke baad bhi log le lete hain. But as first-time buyers, we bear the brunt of rising EMIs and rent simultaneously. It's a huge financial and mental stress.
Sahi baat hai, U6. Jab itna delay ho, toh quality bhi compromise hoti hai. Aur Angels Luxurious Residency ka price range ₹23 L – ₹90 L hai, is range mein toh expect karte hain ki thodi toh decency ho. Itni high price mein bhi agar yeh haal hai, toh kya fayda?

Exactly! RERA portal pe jaake check karo Angels Luxurious Residency ka registration number. Agar wahan bhi 'null' status hai, ya koi proper timeline nahi, toh samajh lo gadbad hai. Transparency toh bilkul nahi hai in builders mein.

Totally relate yaar! Builders ka toh ab standard ho gaya hai, pehle lure karte hain unrealistic timelines se, phir delay pe delay. Mera bhi ek project Anand Niketan mein aise hi latka hua hai. Lagta hai inko RERA ka bhi darr nahi raha ab.
