What they don't tell you about snag lists

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in DDA Freedom Fighters Enclave – everyone glorifies the location, but nobody talks about the headache after possession. Kids moved out, so ab chhota, manageable flat chahiye. I'm looking at DDA Freedom Fighters Enclave, but I hear stories. Is it true builders just dump the flat on you with a snag list a foot long? Matlab, cracks, seepage, loose fittings – yeh sab common hai kya after 6 months? Or is it just bad luck? I'm selling my old house, don't want to get into never-ending repairs again. How much time does the builder's team actually take to fix things? Ya phir sab khud hi karwana padta hai? Honestly, I'm finding it hard to trust what they show vs what we get. Disagree? Tell me why.
