What they don't tell you about total property cost

Okay I'll be honest — I totally missed the all-in cost. My budget for a 2BHK in Punjabi Bagh was ₹1.5 Cr, but stamp duty and PLC added so much. Is pre-launch pricing really better?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I'm also looking in Punjabi Bagh, and my budget for a 2BHK was similar. But jab builder ne final figures dikhaye, I almost fainted. Stamp duty, registration, then PLC, car parking, club membership, IFMS... yeh toh alag se 15-20% udd jaate hain! Pre-launch sounds tempting but risky, right?
