Paradise Enclave — I'm serious about investing here. My main concern is spotting construction quality *before* possession. Beyond the show flat, what subtle things should I look for during site visits that indicate future maintenance issues or affect resale value? I'm thinking about cracks, seepage, or fitting quality impacting tenant attraction later on. Does visible under-construction quality actually predict long-term ROI? Not sure what to really focus on. Any experienced investor tips for Chandigarh projects?
