What to check on under-construction flats?

Did a site visit to Ramprastha Platinum Premier on Saturday. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I are looking for something manageable, low maintenance. Don't need such a big place anymore. What I realized is how important early quality checks are even for under-construction flats. Look for minor cracks near window frames, uneven floor tiles, and check door/cabinet alignment. Even the small things like switch plate quality matter. Builders often rush these last-minute finishes. Don't just trust the show flat. Hope this helps someone during their site visits.
