Under-construction projects are seriously testing my patience. I bought a 2BHK in Krishna Kunj from Ansal API almost 2.5 years ago, and possession is still nowhere in sight. They promised delivery by early next year, but there's barely any progress on site. My parents keep saying I should've gone for a ready-to-move, and honestly, they're not wrong. I did all the RERA checks, but maybe I missed something during the legal verification. Is there any way to push these builders, ya? Or what steps can first-time buyers take to avoid this kind of delay? My EMI started, and I'm still paying rent. Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karoon.
