What you learn about amenities after moving in

₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in MJ Opera has me thinking. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Wakad, wondering if upgrading is worth the price jump. Are the promised amenities actually delivered and usable long-term? Or will I find cracks and seepage after a year? Just want a real home, not just a fancy brochure.
