Budget finalised, loan pre-approved for Noida Extension investment, but I'm based in Dubai and can't visit frequently. I'm considering a 2BHK in Asagarpur Jagir, possibly with Wellgrow Infotech. My main concern is the *all-in cost*. Builders quote a price, but what about stamp duty, registration, PLC, and parking? Is pre-launch pricing truly better value, ya fir open market mein bhi good deals mil jaate hain? What's the actual total outflow considering these additional expenses?
