It adds up fast. I'm wondering if a construction-linked payment plan is smarter for an investor like me, or if outright down payment gives more leverage. Also, should I even bother with new launches? Secondary market deals in Noida Extension sometimes feel like better value, especially if I can negotiate. Has anyone found better ROI with resale properties there?
