Chipiyana Buzurg keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for a 3BHK. My budget's around ₹90L, and LandCraft Developers there quoted me ₹92L. Is negotiation even a thing in Ghaziabad for new projects? How much can you realistically push off that price? My wife’s priority is a safe neighborhood, but I'm worried about the final bill. I'm trying to figure out the *actual* all-in cost. Beyond stamp duty and registration, what about PLC, parking, or maintenance deposits? Heard about charges popping up only at possession.
