Been looking for 2BHKs near Panathur/ORR for months. Advaitha Ventures quoted ~₹90L. But then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking. What's the *true* all-in cost? Are there hidden charges that pop up just before possession? My parents warn about builder surprises.

Listen up, guys. For a 90L flat, expect at least 15-20% extra as 'all-in' charges. Stamp duty and registration alone are 5-7% depending on the value. Then add GST, property tax, maintenance,
Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Advaitha Ventures ka quote sunke toh lagta hai sab theek hai, but then ye sab extra costs add ho jaate hain. My agent told me 90L includes everything but I seriously doubt it. Parents are right, builders always have some 'surprise' up their sleeve. Kya koi proper breakup de sakta hai?
OMG, 88L for Akshayanagar? That's insane for a 2BHK, even if it's inclusive! So much for 'budget-friendly'.
Bilkul sahi keh rahe ho! Advaitha Ventures ka toh pata nahi, but main jab ek project dekh raha tha Akshayanagar mein for a 2BHK, unhone bhi aise hi 'all-inclusive' bola tha. End mein jab agreement banne laga, tab pata chala ki electrification charges, society formation fees, maintenance advance for 2 years, aur GST on construction cost (if not included in base) sab alag se lagte hain. Mera 75L ka flat seedha 88L tak pahunch gaya tha. It's a huge jump, makes you wonder if it's even worth it.
