Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Hayathnagar. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is tough. What's the *real* all-in cost for a 3BHK? Builders quote one price, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC add up. Kitna spot discount expect kar sakte hain from Salarpuria Sattva? Any hidden charges near possession?
