What's the real capital appreciation for Indian Oil Yamuna Greens since launch? I'm fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at completed projects in Noida Extension. Yamuna Greens looks decent, but I'm trying to understand the actual price trend. Has anyone tracked its price per sqft over the years? Is the current ₹91.21L price point justifiable, or is all the upside already gone? Also, what's the builder's track record like for their other projects? Was delivery on time usually? Not sure about the investor vs end-user ratio either. Don't want to get stuck in a ghost society that might affect future appreciation. Any thoughts on its long-term investment potential?
