U8, last time inquire kiya tha, toh 1BHK toh shayad available hi nahi tha, and 2BHK was around 40-45 Lakhs. Par Rajkot market abhi thoda slow hai, shayad negotiation ka scope ho. Us budget mein aur bhi options

Mai toh Krishna Kunj ki location se kafi impressed hoon, especially for someone looking for a smaller flat. Hospitals ka network toh solid hai yahan, emergency mein tension nahi. Meri ek cousin ka experience achha raha tha ek private hospital mein jo wahan se 10 min door hai. Par flats ki actual build quality kaisi hai? Aur maintenance team responsive hai kya, ya sirf charges hi lete hain?
Hospitals toh sach mein achhe hain wahan, no doubt. Mere neighbour ki wife ki delivery wahi paas ke hospital mein hui thi, they were quite happy with the facilities and staff. That's a big plus for sure.
U5, build quality average hai. Dekha tha maine ek sample flat. Finishings utni high-end nahi thi. Aur maintenance team bhi slow hai sunne mein aaya hai, complaints jaldi resolve nahi karte. Traffic kaafi badh gaya hai us area mein, especially during peak hours, so connectivity might be an issue.
Balaji Group? Bhai, unka track record toh sabko pata hai. Mere ek dost ne 3 saal pehle book kiya tha ek project mein, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Krishna Kunj naam achha hai, par builder pe research kar lo pehle. Maintenance ka toh baad mein sochna, pehle project complete ho jaaye. Low-maintenance bolte hain, par delays ki wajah se interest hi bahut lag jaata hai.
U3, Balaji Group ke dusre project mein Rs 2.5/sqft lete hain as maintenance. Krishna Kunj mein bhi aise hi expect karo, shayad thoda aur zyaada. Hospitals ki baat karein toh, nearby Civil Hospital hai, aur kai private clinics bhi hain, so that part is okay.
RWA maintenance ka kya scene hai phir? High charges lete hain kya, ya services bhi dete hain uske badle?
