I'm looking in Alpha I Greater Noida and the base price looks good, but then they add floor rise, PLC, club membership, IFMS... it just keeps piling up. Buildlopers ka toh sunna hai they are notorious for this. Kya expect karein for negotiation, 5-7%?
Alpha I mein bhi same scene hai. Builders are all the same.
5-7% is a good target for negotiation on base price, but they'll try to recover it by charging higher for parking or other amenities. Make sure you compare the *all-inclusive* price, not just per sqft. Buildlopers ka record theek nahi hai.
