I'm finally fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again, so I'm taking the plunge. Looking at Greater Noida, thinking about investing in a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹70-80L. I'm seeing a lot of hype about Jewar Airport. Honestly not sure if it's already priced in or if there's still growth potential. Should I be looking at sectors like Yamuna Expressway or stick closer to established areas like Sector 150 or Noida Extension? I'm wondering how much the Aqua Line extensions will impact prices too. Any experiences from folks who bought in areas like Eta II recently? What kind of appreciation are you actually seeing?
