Is the security at Purva Emerald Bay actually reliable day-to-day? I work in real estate, so I'm used to seeing fancy brochures, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. They talk about 24/7 CCTV and visitor management systems, but how well does it all work in practice? I'm thinking about family, specifically the kids' play area. Is it truly safe and monitored, or just a checkbox amenity? And what about power backup? Is it full flat backup or just common areas? Knowing the ground truth on these things helps cut through the marketing noise. What have owners experienced?

Has anyone checked their RERA details properly? P52100026132 is the number, right? What's the latest on possession? Brochure mein toh 2025-06-01 dikha raha hai, but builders ka toh pata hi hai, dates aage-peeche hoti rehti hain. Especially with ongoing projects.
Haan, RERA number P52100026132 is correct. And possession date is officially 2025-06-01 as per RERA. But as you said, builders do push dates sometimes. It's an ongoing project, so still some time to go.
