What's the real living experience at Vohra Luxury Floors?

Since last year, I've been checking out properties in Gurugram, and Vohra Luxury Builder Floors keeps popping up. It's completed, which is a big plus for me. My budget is around ₹3 Cr for a 3 BHK. Anyone who's moved in, what was your possession experience like? Were there any hidden issues or quality concerns after getting the keys? Also, how are the noise levels and overall air quality there? Really keen to know if it's a peaceful place to come home to after work. Honestly, not sure if the price matches the actual living experience.
