What's the actual negotiation room on new Ghaziabad projects, like AWHO in Parson? I'm based in Dubai, can't easily visit. For a 3BHK around ₹99L, what's a realistic price reduction? Do secondary market deals in Indirapuram allow better negotiation than direct builder sales? Maximizing acquisition value is key.

Bhai, 99L for a 3BHK in Ghaziabad, that too new construction? Negotiation ka scope bahut kam hota hai builders ke saath. AWHO projects (Army Welfare Housing Organisation) thode better ho sakte hain, but expecting a huge price drop is unrealistic. Maybe 2-3% max, aur woh bhi agar unko inventory clear karni ho.
