Bengaluru mein property price negotiation kitna possible hai? I'm finally fed up of renting, looking at Hoskote, focusing on SLV Projects. They quoted ₹78L for a 2BHK. Realistically, kitna discount expect kar sakte hain? Builders bolte hain fixed price, but I'm sure there's some wiggle room. Aur hidden charges ka kya scene hai? PLC, OC, maintenance deposit... yeh sab kitna add karte hain final cost pe? Should I push hard for a spot discount ya payment plan terms pe focus karun? Investor hu, max value chahiye.

Bhai, negotiation toh Bangalore mein bahut tough hai, especially for first-time buyers. SLV Projects ka to maine bhi suna hai, they usually stick to their quoted price. ₹78L for a 2BHK in Hoskote sounds a bit on the higher side, unless it's a very premium location ya amenities bahut top-notch hain. Discount expect karna mushkil hai, but you can try for some freebies like modular kitchen ya AC.
