Totally agree with you. Shiv Shakti ka naam pehle bhi suna hai but mixed reviews hain. My cousin invested in a project near Ajayabpur by a similar small builder, aur possession mein 2 saal late ho gaya. Rental yield bhi tab tak kam ho gaya jab tak project complete hua. Remote investment mein toh aur risk hai, you can't chase them daily.
