Everyone glorifies Ansal Aastha Mig Zone's pricing, but nobody talks about the actual exit strategy. I'm looking at this completed project, priced around 30L, as an investment after years of renting. My biggest concern is the investor ratio vs. end-user ratio here. If it's mostly investors, won't reselling become a race to the bottom? Is there an active secondary market for these units in Rajkot? I'm fed up and finally taking the plunge, but I need to know if I'll be stuck with this property. What's the realistic capital appreciation forecast for Ansal Aastha over the next 5-7 years?
