What's the real story with construction quality from Godrej or Emaar?

I just moved into my Sobha flat near Dwarka Expressway, and tbh, seeing some plaster cracks already. My friend's looking at Godrej and Emaar projects in Sector 65. Is their build quality actually better? Or is it all the same after a few months? What's your experience?
