Bhai, Adarsh always has these 'surprise' charges. Yelachenahalli projects mein toh aur bhi dhyan rakhna padta hai. Mere ek friend ne Aavalahalli mein liya tha, construction delay bhi hua aur final bill mein 10% extra laga diya. Be very careful with their sales pitch. Don't trust initial quotes blindly.
