What's the realistic negotiation room for 3BHKs in Ghaziabad right now? I've been eyeing properties, specifically around Raj Nagar Extension and even some resale in Krishna Vihar, aiming for a ₹70-80L range. From my past investments, secondary market deals usually offer better flexibility than direct builder sales, even with someone like T AND T INFRAZONE PVT LTD. But with the Delhi-Meerut Expressway's impact, is it still possible to push for a 5-7% discount on the total acquisition cost, factoring in stamp duty and all? Or are sellers firm now?
