Since selling our big house, we're looking for a manageable 2BHK or compact 3BHK in Noida Extension. Kids have moved out, so we need an elevator, good society, and hospital access. My budget is around ₹80L, eyeing Dankaur, possibly RN Homes projects. I'm trying to figure out the true all-in cost. Builders quote a figure, but then there's stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, and other charges. Does negotiation actually work in Noida Extension? How much can you realistically reduce? What hidden costs usually surface at possession? Don't want any nasty surprises after the initial price.

Bhai, aapka budget ₹80L theek hai, but Noida Extension mein all-in cost pe dhyaan dena bahut zaroori hai. Builders base price kam batate hain, par upar se stamp duty, registration, aur society charges itne add ho jaate hain ki total bahut badh jaata hai. Maine bhi ye galti ki thi, baad mein pata chala ki ₹10L-12L extra lag gaye.
