₹70 lakh for a 2BHK at Krishna Kunj, Ansal API, seems reasonable. My kids have moved out, so we're downsizing and want something manageable. I'm worried about stamp duty, registration, parking, and especially hidden charges that pop up later. Is there a realistic percentage one should add for these extras in Rajkot?
