What's your true all-in cost for a Delhi property?

Did a site visit to an Arya Group project in Deep Vihar last weekend. The 3BHK was quoted ₹1.8 Cr. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, you know? The quoted price always feels like just the base. What did you guys actually end up paying for stamp duty, registration, PLC, and those 'misc' charges? Are there hidden costs that only appear at possession in Delhi? Trying to budget the true all-in cost for a 3BHK around ₹1.5-2Cr. Any experiences with unexpected expenses?
