Where are Sohna's hidden investment gems?

Underpriced assets in Sohna are the real goldmine. Everyone hypes Sector 26A, but where are the current price correction zones? Raj Estate is pushing, but I need solid ROI. Change my mind.

Exactly! Sector 26A toh over-hyped lag raha hai. Main bhi Sohna mein kuch dekh raha hoon, but budget tight hai. Kahan milega real value for a first-time buyer like me?

U1, you're right about 26A. Look at areas closer to Badshahpur, like near the G.D. Goenka University stretch. Prices are still around 5-6k/sqft for plots if you look hard. Builder floors might be a good option there too
