Visited a few properties in Sector 35 recently, looking to upgrade my 2BHK to a 3BHK. New builder projects feel pretty high, even with their 'spot discounts'. I'm thinking about the secondary market. Can you actually negotiate more on resale properties than new ones in Faridabad? Are there any specific price correction zones people have noticed where you can still find good value? Also, should I approach Goyal Estate Agency or try going direct for a better overall deal? Just trying to maximize the investment, you know.

Price correction? Kahan bhai, mujhe toh bas prices badhte hue hi dikh rahe hain. Faridabad mein kaun se zones hain jahan real mein correction ho rahi hai? I'm looking near Neharpar, wahan toh sab high hai.
Totally feel you, bhai! Sector 35 mein toh prices upar hi jaa rahe hain. Resale mein bhi negotiation utni easy nahi hoti jitni pehle thi, but definitely better than new projects.
