Where's the real appreciation happening in Bangalore?

Has anyone seen real appreciation data for Sarjapur Road vs Whitefield lately? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different, so I'm second-guessing everything. Looking at a Prestige or Sobha 2BHK. Not sure if Metro expansion in Whitefield or Peripheral Ring Road will offer better long-term ROI. Which areas are truly benefiting from infrastructure?

Haan yaar, same doubt. Metro ka toh buzz hai Whitefield mein, but Sarjapur Road bhi develop ho raha hai rapidly. Prestige aur Sobha ke projects toh sahi hain, but price point kya hai for a decent 2BHK these days?

Price point is the main issue! I'm also looking at 2BHKs, aur budget ke bahar jaa rahe hain sab. Metro ka fayda kab tak milega, who knows? By then, prices would have already shot up.
